The direct affiliation of the Quinte Aikikai is through its brother dojos Aikido Tendokai and Aikido Hokuryukai.

Quinte Aikikai is a member of the Ontario Aikido Federation and Canadian Aikido Federation which in turn is affiliated to Aikikai Hombu in Tokyo, Japan.
